I track what I eat on MyFitnessPal and consume around 1,620 calories per day (160P, 130C, 60F). I really started tracking what I eat and cut back on most junk food and started eating healthy 5 months ago. I've lost about 15 pounds since then but obviously gained some pounds in muscle. However, I'm just not sure if I should continue to "cut" or bulk? My goal is to ultimately get bigger and build more muscle but I don't necessarily want to be "fat" or have that fat look to myself. So I guess my other question would be how exactly would/does bulking work?
