So due to malnutrition I have the mildest form of osteoporosis in my lower back and osteopenia as well. I am 23 years old and don't want it to get any worse and would like to get it better if possible
My question is; what should I eat in order to help the issue? Besides the obvious; calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K2 do you guys have any other suggestions?
And what should I avoid?
