I'm having trouble gaining weight mostly because I'm having trouble eating on a schedule (either because I'm hungry many hours after a meal or just postponing meals).
It would be easier for me to chug 1000 calories homemade gainer as a snack. I read that the optimal spread of protein is 30 per meal, but what about carbs and fat, will chugging 1000 calories a meal (30g protein) work for me?
Will it all be "used"? If so, is there a limit? 1500 calories per meal? 2000?
