Which implies that post-workout carbs might be really important for preventing muscle loss during a cut. What do you brahs think? Are there any studies on post workout carbs affecting your gains, even if total daily calories are held constant? I found one study on the benefits of postworkout carbs but it didn't control for total daily calories.
