ideas for healthy snacks full of healthy carbs and some fats.

ive completely cleaned my diet up over the last month and need some ideas for some healthy snacks. looking to add roughly 200 calories and replace a quest protein bar (180 cal) i dont need the extra protein since i already get more than enough from my diet.
