Cutting 1 big meal and 3 shakes a day

Hi all im experimenting with my diet and I'm wondering if it be alright to have a big meal for breakfast including alot of healthy fats and veggies and fruit to get my fill of micronutrients and fibre and then drink 3 separate shakes each including skimmed milk for the rest of the day while hitting macros?
