I have only been seriously tracking for a few weeks, but I am consistently under on protein, by about half of what I calculated as needing.
I assume it's just the process of continually making small adjustments in diet until I get to my number, but wanted to ask you guys how you hit it and if you have any good tricks? I saw on another thread the discussion on protein bars, which i might try, but anything else to consider? Just figured I would ask for anyone else who solved this problem.
