Looking at cutting. Don’t wanna do Low carb, gets me groggy as hell and I sometimes don’t really power thru my workouts. So if anyone can enlighten me a good Macros for High Carb, low fat diet for 1700 calories?
I was on this meal program, That got me enjoying it and I like to keep it this way. (I <3 Rice at least once a day!) every time I search thru google is usually low carb/keto...... not my thing anymore.
