Made a big load of chicken n rice today when it cools plan on freezing and using when needed.
However I felt like taking some of it with me for after I workout in one of those sealed containers.
It would be getting eaten straight from the container without being reheated.. like a packed lunch.

So straight from cooked into the sealed container then fridged until ready to leave for gym.. then left in car for an hour+ while workout and eaten when I get out.
