Hey,
I'm lean bulking right now with a TDEE of around 1850 calories, so I eat about 2050-2100 daily. I'm slowly gaining weight already (about 0.5lbs a week) and I was wondering that once I've put on a pound, how many calories should I up my intake by? I was told that considering I eat 2100 I'd then need to eat 2110 calories, so I add 10 calories per pound I gain. Though I'm also wondering if a pound is a significant enough weight gain to garner me adding more calories. Is there any point to me adding 10 calories every pound I gain or would it be better to wait until I gain 5 pounds and then add 50 calories?
Thanks!
