Ugh - my protein shake is almost 600cals.

Is there a better way to get protein post workout without it being a calorie bomb? Granted obviously I am putting way too much stuff in my protein smoothie, but before cutting it down to bare bones, I thought I might ask if someone has a better strategy. Open to real foods too such as eggs etc, as long as it doesn't become a huge production.

In case anyone wants a laugh, here is what I had in what I considered my "healthy smoothie."

1 scoop of protein - 130cals
1 banana - 105
1 cup of frozen blueberries - 70cals
1 cup of whole milk - 146cals
1 container of chobani greek strawberry yogurt - 140cals
Total = 591
