Sorry to bother you, I don't even know if I'm posting at the right place. I hope so.
Anyway, I'm 28yo, I've been working out for a year and I feel stuck in my workout/diet.
I started at 136 lbs for 5'10 - Currently 160 lbs.
I gained a lot of mass in my legs, shoulders. Not so much in my pecs (that's what I'm working on at the moment).
I eat around 2300 calories/day - 160g proteins a day.
I can't afford a nutrition "coach" or anything but I was wondering what I could do to gain more mass, and maybe be able to do a first cut for the summer...
Do you guys think I could cut or am I simply still too skinny and still need tot gain a lot of wheight?
I have no clues regarding my body, I feel like it hasn't changed (even though my gf keeps on reminding me I look very different)
