Background: I am a 28-year-old female, 5' 4'' and 102 pounds.
I've worked out on and off my whole life to stay healthy or put on weight. I can't gain weight without working out. I haven't worked out in a year and have started back up as of a week ago. I've been consistent, am using a personal trainer and trying my best to log my foods to keep up on that end too.
My problem: Hitting 1,850-2,000 calories a day while meeting macros and eating healthy is harrrdddd. I don't have a big appetite to begin with and while exercising does help, hitting that goal now is hard. Some days I hit my calorie goal or even over my goal by 100-200 calories but then I have days like today where I fill full even when I just wake up and haven't eaten yet. Eating then becomes a chore and not fun.. at all. Lol
Any tips to help counteract the fact that I am not hungry all the time, feeling of uncomfortable fullness etc
I have 2 scoops of dymatize protein throughout the day and casein protein scoop before bed. This is included in my daily calories etc.
