Hey i been here before asking advice two times then i just got banned idk why. Basically i was a fat dude.. I Lost the fat In about August 2018.. I had somekind of sixpack but that was it i was a skinnyfat dude and i was 77kg. Then 05.09.2018 (about 5 Months ago) i took lifting More serious than everything and i started lifting heavy and just started bulking without counting. Since then and now same meals i dont count calories. And now i am 85kg
Meal 1: pnb sandwich protein shake with water OR oats mixed with whey protein and one table spoon of pnb
Meal 2: Chicken pasta and cottage cheese medium plate
Meal 3 chicken pasta cottage chest small plate
Meal 3 again same but this is post workout and its large plate with whey protein shake
So honestly idk how much i am In surplus. My maintenance about 2,700 (dont judge me i have no idea about nutrition calories macros i know the basics but i hate counting) my lifts went up alot pretty happy tbh. But now comes the part where im Lost so i Basically gained some size a little bit of muscle mass that i never had but man i got fat with it too. Idk how to post picture here on thread but i got some pics In my Page.. Theres one pic of how i looked In about 01.10.2018 and after picture that was taken 2weeks ago.. Tell me please continue to bulk or cut now. Im grateful if you took the time to read this.. Oh btw if this helps
