Whilst bulking from 62kg, I'm now on 69.5kg and having just bought a scale with also has 'body fat' as a percentage and it appears as 23.9% :( What should I do at this point - continue bulking or start cutting - and is this a major issue? I'm aware I've had too many saturated fats so perhaps this is why.
I can't see if cutting would be worth it as it would lose what I have gained from the start, but obviously I'm gonna have to get my body fat down at some point in the future.
