I am doing intermittent fasting since recently, my feeding window is between 12 and 6.
Could you suggest when it is best to do the most intense workout of the day? Normally I would do it in the middle of the day, but now between 12 and 6 I eat every two hours, but working out with my stomach almost full is uncomfortable. Also, I am more active in the fist part of the day and am not used to exercise in the evening.
Is it ok to move the most intense workout of the day to ~10 am and continue fasting until 12? Should I introduce an evening workout around 8 pm when the fasting window has started? Or try to squeeze one around 5 pm? (The latter option seems not intuitive to me because then I would eat after a workout, which I try to avoid because loosing some body fat is important to me, I am not as lean as I want to be)
I'd appreciate any constructive advice! Thank you in advance!
