Hey, I'm male, 19, 5ft6, around 140lbs.
I've been working out consistently for about 2 months now but I've only been eating 2000-2100+ calories (which includes 140g of protein) daily for about 2 weeks now and I was consistently gaining weight daily (since starting to eat properly) but then all of a sudden after I went to the toilet this morning I've apparently gone straight back down to where I started at 63.9kg. I get weight fluctuates but does that mean the "gains" I made over the last two weeks were just water weight or something like that? If so how could I not be gaining weight when I'm eating at least 300 calories over my intake (my TDEE is around 1800)? Any fixes or is this normal?
