Hello. I’m on a 6 day Legs push and pull program. Each day is a separate muscle group. I’m 16yrs old and I weigh 153lbs. I eat 2,500 calories a day because I’m genetically predisposed to gaining fat very easily. Do you think 2,500 is enough for the amount of volume I do?
