Need help figuring out caloric intake for lean bulk.

After months of trying to cut fat when literally everyone I've asked has told me I need to bulk instead I've finally thrown in the towel and actually listened. However, I've been getting some really mixed responses on how many more calories I need to eat on top of my TDEE. I've also been getting mixed responses from different calculators on what my TDEE actually is. I want to put on as little fat as possible but I obviously also want to maximise my muscle gains.

I'm male, 19 years old, 5ft6 and weigh around 64kg. Could someone help me figure out what my TDEE is or point me in the direction of the most accurate calculator I can use? Also however many more calories I should be eating a day. Some say 10% over, some say between 250-500 calories over, so I'm a little confused lol.

From my calculations it came anywhere between 1900 and 2200 but I'd rather have less margin for error so any help would be great, thanks!
