This might be a wrong section, OR might have already made thread.
BUT
I’m a female, 135 lbs and 5”7 or 5”8 (I use kgs and cms)
And Yeah I’m sixteen, Unfortunately.
But the question is How much do you eat calories when you try to grow muscle? And What is your macro intake?
I don’t have much of muscle, and my body fat percentage is a tiny bit high, But I’m not fat. Skinny fat maybe.
And I would like to see gains, finally. All members from my family are getting their gains and I’m here like, Yeah.
I’m active, I’ve started going to boxing once a week and once a week to HIIT class. I do strenght training 4 times a week. 3 longer and one shorter because it’s included with HIIT.
And Yes, I count calories because I used to overeat and went to overweight side as I was younger. I don’t want that to happen, and I want to be sure about that I am doing something right Haha.
So yeah, feel free to tell advices and How you guys eat.
I eat protein about 150g per day and carbs 200-300 g
