Yea idk if I did this correctly i just have a question. Let’s say you are trying to stay around maintenance for about a month at a caloric intake of about 2300 in my case at 174lbs. The goal is staying the same weight for about a month then continuing to cut fat. Let’s say that’s the situation and you then have two weekend cheat days in a row eating about 4000+ calories (4200,4500) what is the best course of action to correct this over the next week? 24-48 hour fast? Intemittent fast with a big Calorie deficit while still hitting protien goals? Let’s say 1400 calories but still 174 grams of protien? Or just taking the loss and continuing the 2300 maintenance? Or something else I’m not thinking of?
