Do fruit sugars affect muscle gain/weight loss?

I usually eat around 6-8oz of blueberries with each meal or a few apples a day. In MyFitnessPal it always warns about me exceeding my sugar limit, should I just ignore this? Or should I cut some fruit out to stay within the ~57g sugar limit it set?
