Looking for an easy meal plan to follow

I'm 18 years old, 6'1 and 122 pounds. I look ill and I want to gain weight really badly but I feel like if I go to the gym without eating enough then I will just lose even more weight. Could anyone possibly give me a meal plan that I could follow to gain as much weight as possible as quickly as possible. I don't even mind if it is the same meals every single day I just don't know where to start.
