What to eat to add more calories to my diet

Right now I am cutting and am sitting between a 500-750 calorie deficit daily. Soon I am going to be bulking and will up my calories by roughly 1000. In the past whenever I bulk, I always have trouble filling my daily caloric goals. So what are some good foods to add to help add those extra calories without feeling stuffed and sickly full all the time? Also, right now I am being super clean with my eating. No junk food or bad sugars of any kind (any sugars outside of fruit basically). When I do have more calories to play with, how much "junk food" can I have without it having any major negative consequences as long as im sticking to my protein and caloric goals?
