Trying clean bulk for first time

Ive been 165 at 5 10 for a good bit making progress on lifts while staying cut. I wanna add 15 to 25lbs of muscle this winter on a clean bulk. Currently my diet is protein shake around 10am after lift, chicken breast and noodles around 2pm, then another protein shake and greek yogurt/fruit before bed. What needs to change in my diet and by what amounts to see these results and keeping fat gain at a minimum?
