Attn macro counters

Hey everyone! Very new here, not sure where else to turn. I’ve calculated my macros over and over on every calculator, even ordered mine if of IIFYM. But I would like for someone who’s an expert to do it for me for a last and final opinion. I’m 5’7” 32 female, 147 lbs. I’m a bartender 4 days a week for 8 hours moving around, I go to the gym 4 days a
Week with 2 spin classes, some running, uphill walking, and some strength training in machines (I’m still learning) I’m a bit confused and I know it’s trial and error as to if my carbs or my protein should be higher lower ect. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. can anyone calculate of me give me an idea so I can really come up with a starting point?
