Running Fierce 5 U/L. My first upper day is on Wednesdays and lower on Thursdays. I won't be able to go to the gym this Thursday, so I was wondering if I could add in some of the lower day's exercises on to the Wednesday upper day as opposed to just skipping the first lower day workout entirely?
