question about weight

so when i started bulking 3 weeks ago i weighted 153. i tracked my weight with the same calories and maintained my weight. i decided to up cals a bit and today i was going to weight myself in the morning but i forgot (lol) and decided to weight myself in the afternoon (after a lot of water and breakfast in). i know this is not accurate but i did weighted 155 and after this i went to the bathroom so probably the weight was lower. does this mean im prob 153 still?
