0.8p and 0.4f are the minimums

Is this different for those who want to get contest lean ?

Or is it simply a matter of calories in vs calories out while hitting minimums ? I see contest prep coaches preaching SUPER high protein and next to nothing fats and carbs but what difference would it make if the calories are accounted for...
