As the title says, I work in sales, and drive over 100 miles a day normally. I'm finding getting proper nutrients and protein in is a struggle. Aside from going to the gym 5 or so times a week. The job is very sedentary. I'm looking to continue slowly building mass. Anyone else in the road a lot? Any tips?
