Hello everyone. I am 17 years old boy and I am very thin. My body, arms everything is thin. Day by day I am getting too much depressed. I want to make a career in acting. And the biggest obstacle for me is building my body till now. I just want a fit body. I don't want to be a professional bodybuilder. I don't need to make a big ripped body. I just want to make a fit body with good ripped arms (not too much ripped), good upper body and lower body. (Of course more wider body)
The question is, what is the process for me to make a fit body? What should I eat (cheap :( ...)?I can't afford to get supplements. I need to build on a cheap budget till now.
Can I do push ups and pull ups? Will they help me? Or will they limit at my current body size ? Because I need to get more wide and then get shapes. If I get shapes on my current thin body then it will look very bad.
As I don't want to make very big ripped body so I don't need so much proteins right? Just want to know because proteins are a little expensive for me.
My height is 5'8" and weight is 50 kg right now. Please help me. I am really so much depressed on it. :(
