Huge difference between calorie intake calculators. Why?

Hi. I got confused with all those calorie intake calculators, there were very different results, one is giving me 2300kcal to lose weight and other is saying 1700kcal, this if a huge difference. Most calculators from my foreign country's websites are showing that I should br eating 2200-2400kcal to drop weight.
I started a thread few times on foreign forums with my calorie intake which was at 1900-2000kcal back than and all replies were saying that it is definitely too low and I should get my hormones checked and immediately add more calories. Because of that I did not lose any weight within 2 months...I checked my hormones and done all basic blood work, and everything turned out to be great.
As soon as I decreased my calorie intake to around 1950, my weight began to drop.

Why is there so much difference between countries and calculators?

I am currently at 1750kcal, doing low carb diet, dropped from around 215bs to 151lbs, while not losing any strength (maybe a tiny bit). I am 26yo and 5'10". I am doing a moderate FBW 3x/week and 30 minutes light cardio after, and 45 minutes cardio 3-4x/week. I've been decreasing my calorie intake when my weight was stopping for a week. I am almost done with cutting and will start to bulk by the end of this month.

Is 1750kcal enough for me at the moment?
