Diet/nutrition feedback request

Currently cutting at 191lbs. Going for about 1,900 daily caloric allowance.

1/2 cup oatmeal
2 scoops of whey

1 can of tuna fish in olive oil

1/2 cup quinoa + 1/2 cup black beans +
Some negligible calorie taco sauce and chile seasoning (Alternate brown rice)

8 oz. chicken breasts cooked in olive oil

An eyeballed amount of kale with italian dressing

4 hard boiled eggs

2 more scoops of whey


Is this a good diet? Suggestions? Substitution ideas?
