Hi I’m new here. I’ve been working out for a while- but more recently have been given PTs and a diet plan to give me an idea on what I need to do to eventually compete. I’m not in a bad shape just have lower belly fat/abs to try and get through (after having children I have jelly belly) and tone up. I weigh on average 8stone 7 and go to the gym 6 days a week. I went on holiday all inclusive on Tuesday until yesterday- I didn’t eat like a pig but I didn’t follow my diet at all and ate pretty much what I fancied and drank too. I went to the gym twice and done a couple of hours walking/swimming (combined) I’m home now and I’m going back to the gym tomorrow but I really want a takeaway tonight! Guilt plays a huge part in my mind and I’m wondering if I’m going to cause a lot of damage if I have a pizza tonight ? And if it’s best I just stick to my meal plan ?
