When you've lifted for an hour, is there a way to get a rough estimate of calories burned? I am thinking of things like going by volume lifted, getting kcal data from a heart rate monitor or such.
In a full-body workout I lift 15,000 pounds, divided on eight exercises. Basically a full-body workout. I rarely break a sweat. GymRun, the app I use, sets it at 448 kcal, which seems a lot to me.
