Hi , starting the allpro beginner routine and still trying to get my diet in check.
originally in the earlier posts of his threads it was advised to aim for 40-40-20 pro - carb - fat.
yet reading recent posts its advised to aim for 100g fat & protein and 200g - 300g carbs = 2100 calories
Im 6ft 202ilbs 42 yrs old and unsure what route to take when it comes to planning out my food plans.
New to bodybuilding so hopefully trying to get it right.
drawn up a plan, hard to keep protein down to 100g's and is it advisable to have intake low.
include a pic of plan and current body picture
