College Vegeterian Meal Plan

Being in college and eating food from the dining hall seems to be repetitive. For breakfast I tend to eat eggs, potatoes, and cereal. Lunch/Dinner tend to be sandwiches and salads. I am trying to gain muscle and am looking for new food ideas that would likely be in the dining hall including no meat (dairy and eggs aloud). Any help would be great, Thanks!
