Hello Everyone,
Body wise im fairly happy with how things are going, aside from my gut. Any reccomendations for a good diet or exercise that will help with this. Ive been doing just regular machines, cardio, free weights, etc. in the gym. Havent eaten out in weeks, nothing processed, all steak, chicken, salmon, etc ive cooked. Damn near every meal actually ive made. I was 248 about 45 days ago, now im at 230ish. So im losing weight, but my gut/belly fat is unchanged. Its pretty frustrating. I mean NOTHING has come off my gut. Ive been trying to focus on a Keto diet, hoping that would help. Any reccomendations?
