Hi all just looking for some advice
So I love Christmas time, especially gorging myself on all the festive food but this will lead to fat increase and I want to stay lean, but I can't deny I want to enjoy the festivities and my favourite food. If I still track my calories and make sure I am still consuming the correct amount of macros can I massively over eat and maintain my physique if I commit to a CV program in the morning that covers my caloric surplus, or will the CV start to decrease my muscle mass?
Just as an example I currently eat 2800Kcal a day if I were to wake up and do a 1000Kcal cv sessions and then ate 3800Kcal that day would I gain fat or lose muscle mass or would I maintain my current composition and physique?
Sorry if this seems dumb
