Help: Keep Bulking Or Cut?

Hi!

Very briefly, I'm still a beginner with a little under 2 years of gym time, 5'11 and around 91KGs right now.
I am currently on week 12 of my bulk and I'm a little frustrated. I started off the bulk in quite a bad way in dietary terms; it was a fairly dirty bulk. That has been dialled in now.

The problem is that I have some crazy genetics, with various factors going on. Firstly I was basically skinny fat 2 years ago, I didn't have a huge belly, but I did have a noticeable belly and thin extremities. On top of that, I have a fast metabolism which makes things that much more difficult. For example last week I was feeling very run down from work and other things, and ended up missing the gym for 2 days and my caloric intake was down to around 2,000-2,200 for 2 days. I lost 1.5KGs in that time span lol. I actually need around 3,500-4,000 on a bulk, and I only workout 4 times per week.

So as you can see, I find it hard to retain weight and put on muscle mass, basically a hard gainer. But I'm starting to get a bit chubby around the waist again, and the plan was to bulk for 16 weeks and cut for 3-4 weeks. But considering that I have these genetics where weight drops off of me super fast, I worry I'm going to lose a load of muscle mass too. But should I even cut now, I'm not that muscular in general, as I've only been working out 'properly' for around a year and a bit, I spent a good half of a year in my 2 years gym time messing about like a noob.

Basically, should I just keep bulking, and if so how long for? Should I implement something like an intermittent fasting protocol into my routine, to burn excess fat whilst bulking, or maybe try a KETO bulk for a couple of weeks? This morning I woke up and thought I would try the PSMF approach for only 2 weeks, but looking in the mirror this morning, even extending my fast until 11am, I look noticeably smaller. I know most people do, but with my genetics it is really obvious.

Any advice and guidance would be great thanks, because this is stressing me out just a tad
