Hello guys, I’m doing my first bulk. I’ve been lifting for about half a year. Before I did cross country and never thought about lifting but now here I am. I was planning on bulking for about 3 and half months but I don’t know much on bulking and was wondering if y’all could help. Right now I’m at 171lbs at 5’11’’
