i am almost at the end of my cut and im about to start a reverse diet, will i gain my strength back with muscle memory in a reverse diet as fast as i would in a diet where i just go straight back to bulking cals or is my strength gains and muscle that i lost during my cut going to come back alot slower because im in a reverse diet adding 150 cals a week from where i finish my diet
