Hi, I’m new to these forums, but about a year ago I was 160-170 lbs and 6’0”, and I was running up to 7 miles a day and lifting every night on a pretty extreme amount, and on top of all of that, played football for about 2-3 hours every day. Currently, I am eating the same if not more, am now 6’2” and am maintaining the same workouts. I have dropped to 140 lbs and I have tried eating more and more but nothing helps, I’m continuing to lose weight very fast. I don’t know if maybe I’m not eating enough, which I should be as I’m consuming 2500-3000 cals a day easy on a normal day, or maybe if I’m doing something wrong.
