Easy Calories on the go

The time is here to start bulking for approximately the next 8 months. Anyone have any quick easy ideas outside of just a shake usually I will do a whey and oats shake with maybe some frozen fruits and a handful of spinach in the morning.

Wondering if anyone has any good snacks they eat throughout the day just to get in some extra calories and macros and keep me from having to prep extra meals throughout the day?
