How are my macros for college student who is sedentary.For the past 3 months lifting routine is 4 day upper body and lower split plus 1 day of cardio.My focus is to lose 15 - 20 more pounds by the summer because I'm getting skin surgery this upcoming summer so I need to get lowest body fat by that time.I have come down from 370 pounds to 210.Height 6 foot 1 and age 21.This last 10 - 20 pounds have been harder than past 150 pound loss lol.

That's around 1850 cal a day. Is it good for my size or too low.Have been losing weight still but feel like I'm barely eating anything or its prob my mind playing tricks at this stage.
