I have recently upped my calorie intake to 2200 as i want to bulk and put on more muscle. Ive always been physically active, going gym, runs and football. I now play football 4 times a week and gym atleast 3 times a week. Since upping my calorie intake i feel like im bloated and put on extra fat on my stomach. I used to have a nice toned stomach but now i feel im loosing its definition. The rest of my body is getting stronger. Its been a week but should i expect to be bloating and feeling fat on my stomach? Or am i doing something wrong. I want to get abs as well. Ive been tracking my macros and getting atleast 100g of protein a day but sometimes go over on my carbs and fat (not sat fat though) . Is it normal to feel bloated in the first week and when can i expect this to go? Im 5ft2 weight about 9st10
