Should i bulk or cut?

Hi, i am new to this forum. I am 17 years old, 5'5 and i weight 160lbs and have been training consistently for nearly 2 years. I am wondering whether i should bulk or cut? Many say that at my age, it would be better to bulk due to high test level, but i feel like im on the heavier side of the scale. Here is my best lifts:
Bench: 225lbs x 3 reps
Barbell rows: 176lbs x 10 reps
Pull ups: BW + 45lbs x 8 reps
Squats: 315lbs x 5 reps
DB shoulder press: 55lbs x 15 reps

I can't post any pictures as i am new to this threads.

So should i bulk or cut?
