Most important bulking food and most important cutting food?

For you, what would be the most important food while i) bulking and ii) cutting? I.e. if there was one food item that you just HAD to include in your diet during bulking/cutting what would it be?

For me: While bulking, red meat. Crave it like crazy.

While cutting, eggs. I find that the more eggs I eat the fuller I feel so I really up the eggs on a cut.
