The first time in years I attempted to play serious Madden. Although I am awestruck that I am enjoying it a lot having a break away from annual sporting events like this is fantastic for that. However I am quite dissatisfied about a particular issue that the game brings up to me.
Madden 22 is based on the idea of a player being an avatar. This avatar is not just the one you choose to take into its career mode, but it also is available in the main menu , wearing any outfit you're capable of or willing to purchase. While I'm a fan of RPGs and will create the most fantastical character I can create, in sports games , I have a different reason. I'm always drawn to playing as...myself. Although it may seem boring, I have played and continue to play various team sports, like American football. Therefore, playing directly has always been fine to me.
