Bikini comp carb cycle question.

Hi! I have a question. I'm female, 3 weeks out exactly, 5'8, and 117 pounds.
My coach really likes carb cycling and it was bearable at 3 low carb days, but now he has it at 5 low. On a "regular" carb day my macros are 110p 28f 65c, totalling to 1100 cals and I don't get any higher carb day/refeed or never have, I've been at 65 carbs for about 2 months now. My low carb day consist of only lean protein and veggies, but protein goes up so macros are 220p and 23f and only carb is cucumber or lettuce so still at 1100 calories.

My performance in the gym is decreasing and it's so hard to do anything. I know prep is hard, and things get rough in the end, and I should listen to my coach, but lately I've been only doing 2 low carb days a week (on my non lifting days) and doing my regular days the other 5. I notice no difference in my physique, and still dropping weight and getting leaner everyday ast calories are the same, and significant difference in my gym lifts being so much better, pumps and energy. Still super tired and low energy but it's somewhat better on those days.

Also I'm at about 90 minutes of cardio per day, (25 hiit and 70 steady state, lately energy is too low I get dizzy doing hiit so mostly 90 minutes steady state) which is fine with me but thought I'd add because it's about a 500 calorie burn.

End question: Do you think by not listening to my coach and having my regular days most of the week I'm going to make any difference in the end?
